Is TFR suitable for all fitness levels?
Yes! That being said, show up ready to work out. We want to ensure you get the best workout possible while at The Full Routine, so all our workouts are pre-programmed for the week. Always listen to your body, and take a peek at our “where to start” videos for modifications, as needed.
What equipment will I need?
A mat, hand weights, ankle weights, towel, water, and a smile. Optional accessories include a chair, stick, circle, and pilates ball.
What should I wear?
Be prepared to sweat. We love anything comfortable and moisture-wicking and find our members most comfortable in leggings, sneakers, and an athletic top.
