1. Visit thefullroutine.com/log-in. If you are a new TFR client, create an account with us by clicking “create one now” under the log in button. If you’re a current TFR client, head to step #2!

2. Once you create an account, visit “Buy Classes”. Choose any location (it does not matter for virtual clients!), and purchase the “TFR On-Demand Monthly Membership.” Our membership is $38.00 per month and renews each month automatically until terminated – you get unlimited class access for the price of a single TFR Mat session!

3. Then, visit ondemand.thefullroutine.com and log in with the username and password you just created at the TFR website. (Check that you’re logged in to both sites!).
